Are all items in Preloved Shop new and unused?

Unfortunately, no. However, some items are gently used, typically only once or twice. We rate products based on their condition.

Do you have a physical shop?

No, at this time, we only operate from our own home.

How much is the shipping fee?

We offer free shipping within Malaysia for purchases above RM450. Add items to your cart to check if you qualify for free shipping.

Do you provide international shipping outside Malaysia?

For international shipments, for now we only doing business within Malaysia. 

How long does it take to receive my parcel?

For customers within Klang Valley, you can enjoy same-day delivery (order cut-off time is 4 PM on weekdays and 2 PM on Saturdays). Overseas shipments will vary depending on the destination. We provide tracking so you can monitor your delivery's progress.

Can I exchange/return the goods?

You are entitled to a 14-day exchange policy if you shop via this website, starting from the day your items arrive according to the date stated in the delivery tracker.
