Once your order is placed, we'll provide a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your order's delivery status. Shipping rates are flat rate and calculated during checkout, ensuring transparency regarding your shipping fee before finalizing your order.

Free Shipping : when your total amount is same and above RM450

Exchange Policy:

We prioritize your satisfaction, offering a 14-day exchange policy for items purchased through our website or social media platforms (Instagram or Facebook). This policy commences from the day your items arrive, as indicated by the delivery tracker date. In-store purchases are ineligible for exchanges, so please inspect items before leaving the boutique.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the exchange. If you're undecided on an exchange, your payment will be converted to store credit with no expiry.

Shipping a Return:

For returns, kindly reach out to us first. Upon return approval, we'll advise you on the branch to send your item to. You'll be responsible for covering the shipping costs, as they are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance for items exceeding MYR 50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item otherwise.
